Come together casually as a community on the third Saturday of each month and practice inner stillness. A meditation practice is important for promoting mental clarity, reducing stress, enhancing self-awareness, and fostering a sense of calm and well-being. In this open-format class, Pye Marshall will accessibly introduce you to various meditation techniques and then guide you through a practice. Each month, you can take away what you learn and apply the techniques on your own at home. Find a break from the chaos, and discover a bit of peace.
