BEND Hot Yoga is equipped with state-of-the-art heat, humidity, lighting and sound systems.
We have two operational Studios: Studio A (our main studio) and Studio B (our secondary and aerial yoga studio).
We have private changing areas for both men and women. We have 3 showers for men, and 5 showers for women. All showers are stocked with Aveda® shampoo, Aveda® conditioner, and body wash. Our women’s locker room has a beauty bar stocked with makeup remover, hair dryers, deodorant and more. Our men’s locker room is stocked with hair dryers, deodorant, and more.
We have a retail section featuring Lululemon clothing, Manduka accessories, jewelry, yoga props, yoga mats, local artisan handmade gifts, Young Living products, and more!

We offer over 40 classes per week.
Our classes range from upbeat and challenging to relaxed and deepening. While we are primarily a “hot” yoga studio, we offer at least one non-heated or beginner-friendly class per day. We are also proud to offer classes for all ages, from 14-100+.

Age
Clients must be 14 years of age to practice hot yoga. If a client is 14, they must come with a parent or guardian to attend class. If a client is 18 years of age or older, they do not need to attend with a parent or guardian.

At BEND Hot yoga, all are welcome. Come as you are, honor your body and your practice, and treat others with kindness and respect.
Hygiene
Hot Yoga = Sweat. Sweat = Odor. Please maintain personal hygiene and be aware of strong personal body odor. This is a shared space, please be respectful of your fellow classmates and the BEND community.

Class Cancelation Policy
If the class is waitlisted (like in the winter), we ask for at least 6 hours notice so that we can attempt to get another client from the waitlist into the class. If you are a no-show to a waitlisted class, you will get a warning email from us, but will not be charged a late fee until the third offense. Please notify us if you are unable to attend a class that you have signed up for.
If a class is not waitlisted, we just ask for as much notice as possible. If you are a no-show to a non-waitlisted class, you may get a warning email from us, but will not be charged a late fee until the third offense. Please try to notify us if you are unable to attend a class that you have signed up for.
Through the MindBody app, you will not be able to cancel if it is within 1 hour of the class start time. Because of that, we recommend that you text us or give us a call to let us know you'd like to cancel.
Late Policy
Please note that if you arrive for class more than 10 minutes after the start of the class, you will not be allowed to participate. This policy is in effect so that all of our clients can get the most out of our classes.
Providing the class is not wait-listed, your class pass will be returned to your account for use at a future date. If a class is wait-listed, you may be charged for your class. You can always cancel a class if needed, please see above for our Class Cancelation Policy.
