Join renowned educator Will Duncan for an evening lecture and workshop on The Courage to Sit Still: A (Non-Dogmatic) Introduction to Meditation.

Will Duncan, through stories, examples, and instructions will take us on a tour into the surprising world of meditation. Topics covered:

  • The three types of meditation that all different meditation styles fit into.

  • How to work with anxiety and other difficult emotions.

  • Why meditation requires courage and a surprising way of beginning to cultivate that courage.

  • The two main mistakes that people do when meditating,

  • How to move meditation from a chore to a passion.

Will Duncan is a teacher, hospice chaplain, and lavender farmer. He has spent just under 4 years in solitary meditation retreats and teaches meditation all over the world. Will’s passion is in helping people discover their own unique path into meditation.
