Mixed is offered as BEND's signature class. This 60-minute version follows a set outline and sequence of poses. Throughout the class, we will work on core strength, spinal strength, vinyasa (breath to movement), balance, flow, and more! This class will help tone and sculpt the entire body and will get you in and out of the door in 1 hour! This is a great class for a BEND beginner and is a favorite among regulars.
