Come together casually as a community on the third Saturday of each month to share, care & practice inner stillness.
Meditation is important for promoting mental clarity, reducing stress, enhancing self-awareness, and fostering a sense of calm and well-being. Meeting as a group creates a unique type of warmth, love & magic. In this open-format class, you will be welcomed to various meditation techniques and then guided into a practice. in addition to meditation, class includes a little movement, some connection, and a whole lot of love. Each month, you can take away what you learn and apply it to your own practice until we meet again. Find a break from the chaos, and discover a bit of peace & group love.
Please dress comfortably, and bring with you a journal & a mug for tea.
COST:
You can purchase a standard drop-in, use your regular class pass pack, or BEND Membership.
