New Studio B Class: Rest & Restore

What?

Join Pye Marshall for this sanctuary of rest and relaxation. In this serene practice, you will be encouraged to slow down and let go of the stresses of daily life. Through a sequence of gentle, supported postures, and mindful breathing techniques, you'll embark on a journey towards profound ease and inner healing.

Each posture will be supported by props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks. You will be cradled in comfort, allowing you to fully release and surrender into each pose. Extended holds will grant your body and mind the time it needs to unwind and decompress. Bring a yoga mat and dress in cozy, extra comfortable yoga clothes. All restorative props will be provided and the room will be gently heated.

This will be a hands-on class, and Pye will offer adjustments as needed. Additionally, enjoy special offerings of sound and smell in each class.
