What:
Join us for this very special Method of Mixed workshop, every Thursday evening in March, starting March 9th (3/9, 3/16, 3/23 & 3/30)!
This is a great opportunity to perfect the practice you know and love by learning to be your own teacher, to move with intention, and to get the most out of a set sequence of movements. This workshop is for BEND beginners and BEND regulars alike. It will be broken up into 4 equal weeks, meeting each Thursday evening from 5:00-6:30pm in Studio B, Starting March 9th.
3/9 Week One will cover the Opening Section of our signature Mixed class, and will explore the Core Series, the Table Top Series, Downward Facing Dog, Vinyasa Flows, the Warrior Series, and the first standing posture, Mountain Pose/Tadasana.
3/16 Week Two will cover the Standing Crescent Moon Side Bend Shapes, the Chair Pose/Utkatasana Series and the Balancing Series.
3/23 Week Three will cover Mixed Flows #1, #2, and #3.
3/30 Week Four will cover the Closing Section of our signature Mixed Class, and will explore Flow #4, the Spinal Strengthening Series, Seated Forward Fold, and Cool Down Poses.

We encourage you to bring your regular yoga supplies, an open mind, and a notebook! The studio will be gently heated to around 90 degrees.
