**Class will begin at 10:30pm and will end at Midnight**
Begin with a power vinyasa flow, and then bring it down for some deep, savory stretches to ring in the New Year! We'll have the blacklights on, and fun accessories for you wear as we celebrate New Year's Eve BEND-style!
At the end of class, we'll enjoy a traditional champagne* toast!
Bring a mat, a towel, water, and your intentions, goals or wishes for 2024!
*Alcoholic and non-alcoholic bubblies will be provided.
