Embark on a tranquil journey with this 60-minute class, perfect for beginners and those seeking a gentle, non-heated practice. Start with breathwork to tune into the body and quiet the mind, then enjoy gentle warm-up stretches to release tension and improve flexibility. Balancing postures will also be explored to help build stability and focus. The heart of the class is a slow, flow-style sequence, linking breath with movement at a meditative pace. Class will conclude with deep yin postures, held for longer periods of time, to allow a connection with the inner self. This class offers a nurturing space to explore, calm, and nourish your body and mind.
Class is 60 minutes and the room will be heated to between 75-80 degrees.
