Join BEND as we welcome back Rachel Peters to teach this mixed-level 60-minute offering. This special class will feed the body, mind, and soul of the scientist, the mystic and the athlete residing within each one of us.
This practice will explore active and passive range of motion, mobility and stability, joint strength, and the fundamentals of poses through alignment. Additionally, enjoy a bit of yogic philosophy sprinkled in. Bring a yoga mat, water, and prepare for a non-heated, climate-controlled environment.
BONUS: The first four sessions of this class will come with a free raffle for all participants. The raffle winner will be gifted one of Rachel’s favorite yoga texts (with a personalized message from Rachel inscribed inside!)
