What:
Through a series of soft, soothing motions in a hammock that sits close to the floor, relax the tightness in your back muscles, correct your posture, create natural traction in your spine, and quiet your mind. The hammock's weightless support allows you to safely glide to the extent of your flexibility with zero compression on your joints. It is a practice of pursuing enhanced awareness of the body, mind, and spirit, as well as repairing and healing the body.
This is a beginner-friendly class. Please bring a mat, a towel, and water.
