A few sweet reminders for the New Year:

Each day, remind yourself of what matters most.

When you figure out what matters most, consider “why” it’s true.

Be kind to yourself - no matter what.

Take small steps.

You are worthy.

Keep a journal of your small wins.

It’s ok to slow down (or speed up) once in a while.

Surround yourself with people who inspire you.

Your yoga practice is a laboratory, be willing to experiment.

Hold yourself close.
